Many schools use green-screen technology and video to enhance learning. Creating a working TV studio and media centre adds a whole new environment to the school and encourages collegiate working. Zoned production spaces mean that the children and teachers engage with the whole production process and not just the filming!
These studio environments use affordable and commonly available technologies – for example, no specialist cameras just the iPads and iPods the school already owns.
These projects have helped staff at the schools find their own sustainable solutions. This studio was created by children at St Joseph’s Primary School in Keighley.
